"The fees ... were basically just over $12,000 And then the next year, annual recurring services is under $10,000," Jeremy said. Board members weighed whether to pass processing costs to users (a suggested $10 processing fee was discussed), how to maintain access for patrons without internet, and whether to pilot merchandising or other revenue streams to offset costs. No formal vote was taken; the board asked staff to analyze per-registration cost scenarios and report back.
