The Henderson City Council took several votes and approvals during the meeting.
Ordinances: The council adopted bill No. 3928Z on electric-vehicle parking requirements as ordinance No. 4,165. The council also adopted several CT Realty zoning bills (bills 3929–3931) as ordinances in the 41660s and 41670s range, and approved a zone-change and tentative map amendment for McDonald Highlands Planning Area 29 (54 condominium units on 13.7 acres).
Bond-cap transfers and resolutions: The council adopted a resolution to transfer $5,500,000 of the city's 2026 private activity bond cap (resolution No. 4692) and a resolution to transfer $18,549,078 of the 2026 private activity bond cap (resolution No. 4693). The clerk recorded each vote with the motions carrying by the council majority present.
