At its May 4, 2026 meeting the Town of Hillsborough Architecture & Design Review Board recorded the following actions: approval of the April 6, 2026 meeting minutes; approval of design review for a new residence at 8 Reynolds Court; continuation of the Appeal of the ADU Exception at 100 Cornelia Drive for additional materials; and approval of design review for a new residence at 2555 Summit Drive after a split vote.
Specifically, the Board approved the minutes (Gill, McCall, Neidig and Filer voting aye; Ken abstained). The Board approved the 8 Reynolds Court project by roll call vote and required a construction parking plan and material consistency across all elevations. The Board continued the 100 Cornelia ADU exception to allow the applicant to address parking, matching finishes and a screening plan. For 2555 Summit Drive the Board approved the revised design with a 3–2 roll call vote (Gill, McCall and Ken in favor; Neidig and Filer opposed).
