The district's external auditor, Ahmad Gribay, presented the 2024–25 financial statements as well as bond and parcel tax audits and told the board the financial statements are "fairly stated" and that auditors issued a clean opinion after an adjustment related to capital assets and depreciation.
Gribay described audit scope—including interim testing of internal controls, confirmation of revenues and review of bond expenditures for compliance with voter intentions—and said the bond and parcel tax funds were segregated and expenditures were appropriate. "We issued a clean opinion on federal, state compliance and compliance with the voter language," he told the board.
Trustees asked follow up questions about audit adjustments and procurement and then moved to accept the reports. The board voted to accept the annual financial, bond and parcel tax audit reports by a 5–0 vote.
