Commissioners approve MOU to document road condition ahead of substation haul

Ikula said the MOU lets the county document existing roadway conditions through pre-haul video so the county can pursue reimbursement for any damage caused by the move.
Commissioners moved to approve the MOU with WVPA and instructed staff to document road conditions and to refine MOU language where necessary to address potential damage from future pole-and-line replacement work. The motion carried with an "aye" vote recorded; the record shows unanimous vocal approval but does not include a numeric roll-call tally.
