District budgets for soccer grant reimbursements, seeks $200,000 RCO grant for grandstands

Lisa told the board the capital projects plan includes line items to front costs for a reimbursable soccer grant so the district can pay expenses and receive reimbursement later. “I added the capacity for us to do soccer grant because it's payout get reimbursed,” she said.
She noted the budget also anticipates pursuing a $200,000 RCO grant to help pay for grandstands and said that if projects proceed without overruns the district might be able to add restrooms. Lisa said the capital projects fund is expected to end the year near $144,000 and that the district currently has no debt service fund.
