Commissioners approve Peak Performance contracts for sheriff printers and Laserfiche support

Thomas Johnson, Grand County chief information security officer and information systems director, presented two service agreements with Peak Performance Imaging Solutions: a per-print maintenance contract for sheriff's office printers (black-and-white at $0.015 per print; color at $0.095) and a Laserfiche support agreement priced at $6,871.10. “This provides maintenance on their printers,” Johnson said of the first contract, and he described Laserfiche as an indexed, searchable file-storage platform used by multiple departments.
Commissioners asked whether these were new services; staff confirmed the sheriff's office was already using Peak and that Laserfiche is used by several departments. The Board moved and approved both contracts and authorized the chair to sign applicable documents.
