Port Angeles received roughly $16 million; Poulsbo’s portion funds a $500,000 study (no local match) to analyze alternative spurs through downtown and connections to the STO corridor.
Council signaled support to place the RAISE acceptance on a future consent agenda and to proceed with the budget amendments for TIB and lodging tax items. Staff said the STO study will coordinate with the city’s complete streets and other active‑transportation efforts.
