The Vernal City Council opened the Feb. 4 session with a motion to acknowledge and approve a prior Special City Council Meeting. Councilmember Randel Mills moved to acknowledge and approve the Special City Council Meeting; Councilmember Robin O'Driscoll seconded the motion and it passed with all in favor.
After the Lamplighter concept presentation and subsequent discussion, Councilmember Nick Porter moved to adjourn; Councilmember Randel Mills seconded. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting was declared adjourned.
