The Langley City Council on Feb. 17 unanimously adopted a consent agenda that included payroll vouchers #45461–#45465 totaling $70,511.24 and accounts-payable vouchers #45466–#45487 totaling $547,544.84. Council also approved contract amendments and appointments on the consent agenda; the motion to adopt the consent agenda was made by Councilmember Dominique Emerson and seconded by Councilmember Thomas Gill.
Separately, the council approved a resolution allocating lodging-tax funds after the mayor provided background on the calculation method. Councilmember Thomas Gill moved the lodging-tax resolution and Councilmember Savannah Erickson seconded; there was no council discussion and the resolution passed unanimously.
