The board also acknowledged receipt of financial reports. Board Member Asay moved—and Board Member Tippets seconded—to acknowledge the MBA Cash Summary dated Feb. 20, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report. Later in the meeting the Auditor provided the MBA Disbursement Summary covering Feb. 12–19, 2026, showing disbursements totaling $1,245.96; the board voted to acknowledge that report as well. No open invoice register was provided at this meeting.
