District staff reported the indoor air-quality tests for the affected rooms came back low and described steps to reduce stagnant moisture. Staff said the tested rooms registered around "17 and 23" and characterized them as in "very, very good shape," while recommending use of dehumidifiers and changes to room-use procedures to limit future moisture accumulation.
A committee member asked whether the planned window and parapet/coping work would affect classroom air quality; staff said the moisture issues that produced the air-quality readings were separate and would be handled with dehumidification and operational changes rather than by the exterior-repair project.
