County approves Oswald benefits broker; residents ask for transparency

The resolution passed unanimously (motion by Gallagher, seconded by Moore). The minutes do not list a contract dollar amount or breakdown of fees in the adopted resolution; the public asked that the county disclose the cost and whether any governance conflicts exist.
