Committee sets schedule for draft public review, adjourns until July 6
Summary
The committee set a near-term schedule aiming for a public draft by the end of summer and a final product by early September; due to time constraints, agenda items 2–4 were deferred and members unanimously approved an adjournment until July 6.

The committee agreed on a timeline and meeting cadence to produce a public draft of the Greater Rigby Sub-Area plan. Vice Chairman Keith Grover proposed a SMART goal and suggested a final product by the committee's second meeting in September; members agreed to consider a biweekly cadence for work sessions.
Staff told the committee they expect a product to show the public by the end of the summer and that the plan will remain a living document that can be revised with further input. Because discussion on the first agenda item ran long, Agenda Items No. 2 and 3 (data gathering and survey questions) were not addressed; the group moved to adjourn on a motion by Steve Stringham, seconded by Nancy Mahoney-Martian, and the motion carried unanimously.
