Committee members asked for more rating options on the first question, debated whether open-ended questions would yield useful responses, and requested that references to "Rigby" be replaced with "Greater Rigby Area" to avoid ambiguity. "'Rigby' needs to be replaced with 'Greater Rigby Area'," Vernon Ulrich said.
Members emphasized the importance of asking about road maintenance and the department’s capacity: Shane Love and others reminded the committee that Jefferson County Road and Bridge manages roughly 600 miles of roads and is understaffed and underfunded, which they said should shape transportation questions and expectations. Planner Jenna Huennekens encouraged committee members to add edits and suggested using the Google Drive so staff can track changes and comments.
