The board then convened in closed session under Texas Government Code §551.074 to deliberate personnel matters, consider employment and resignations of CCISD instructional personnel, and conduct the superintendent’s summative evaluation. The meeting reconvened and the minutes state that no action was necessary on closed meeting agenda items.
