Sheriff's proposed janitorial contract put on hold pending questions about trustee labor and scope

Commissioners asked staff (including KC and the sheriff’s office representatives) to provide additional information on trustee usage, cost comparisons, and why outside services are needed instead of using incarcerated trustee labor. The matter was rescheduled for discussion at the April 24 meeting.
