Claymont Board approves Calendar A for 2026–2027 school year

The Claymont City Board of Education approved Calendar A for the 2026–2027 school year at its Feb. 9 meeting. Superintendent Rentsch said both unions indicated preference for Calendar A, and the board moved to adopt that calendar by unanimous roll call.
Ms. Campbell made the motion and Mrs. Grandison seconded; the roll call vote recorded all five members voting 'yes.' The approved calendar will be used for next school year scheduling and will be posted with the district's regular communications to families.
