Construction for Seasons Cary has started, village staff says; trustees attended groundbreaking

"They obviously have started construction. They've been doing a lot of site grading and work out there," Brian said, adding that a recent groundbreaking was hosted by the project's fiduciary and attended by the mayor and several trustees. Staff said they have continued communication with the general contractor to address community concerns about noise and runoff from dewatering activities.
No enforcement actions or permitting changes were announced at the meeting; staff indicated ongoing coordination with the developer and contractor.
