Lyon County Controller Dan Williams presented a resolution (22-25) requesting the Public Building Commission offer for sale its PBC revenue bonds. David Arterberry of Stifel explained options for lease revenue bonds, including a 10-year option with the ability to pay off early.
Following the presentation, Vice-Chair Chris Bartel moved to approve Resolution 22-25; the motion passed with Chairman Ken Duft, Vice-Chair Bartel and Commissioner Doug Peck recorded as voting aye. The resolution authorizes the PBC to proceed with offering the revenue bonds for sale; further structural and sale details will be determined by the PBC and its financial advisors.
