Trustees agreed they could approve the funding contingent on verification that funds exist in a wayfinding or capital improvements line item and asked staff to confirm by email within a week so the project can meet the May 9 timeline. The manager agreed to follow up; trustees authorized contingent approval so the school and volunteers could proceed if funding is verified.
