Commissioners direct staff to study rezoning moratorium for Ocean Pines and Route 589 corridor

Commissioner Matresik and others supported the request and suggested discussing implications with MDOT, pointing to traffic and safety concerns along Route 589. Commissioner Fiore said she would attend the MDOT meeting to voice similar concerns. The motion passed unanimously.
