Commission approves certificate of compliance for 357‑unit Mill Creek project

The Revere Conservation Commission voted to grant a certificate of compliance for a 357‑unit Mill Creek Residential development at 550–560 Riviera Beach Boulevard after the project team presented as‑built documentation and a completed stormwater system.
Engineering Alliance told the commission that the Mill Creek Residential project at 550–560 Riviera Beach Boulevard was built in accordance with the approved plans and that landscaping and stormwater systems are installed and functioning, and the commission approved the certificate of compliance.
"The project was built in accordance with the plan," said Rick Salvo of Engineering Alliance, who represented Mill Creek Residential. He told the commission the 357‑unit development includes about 585 parking spaces and a subsurface stormwater system in front of the building as well as pervious asphalt features at the rear. The team had submitted as‑builts, certifications and the required Form A requesting a certificate of compliance (DEP file 0610766).
After a brief discussion and confirmation of site conditions from a recent walkthrough, a commissioner moved to approve the certificate of compliance, the motion was seconded and the commission voted in favor.
