The Harrison City Council voted on Feb. 12, 2025 to set a continuation public hearing for the Stonegate Development Agreement Application Phase II on March 12 at 5:00 PM. Councilor Josephine Prophet moved to set the date and Charlie Shutt seconded the motion; it passed with Councilor Will Butler voting no and the remaining members voting yes.
The public hearing placement is procedural: setting the date puts the item back on the council’s calendar for a formal hearing where proponents, opponents and staff can present information. No substantive development approvals were granted at the Feb. 12 meeting.
