Pump house structural evaluation and CMAR solicitation under way, staff says

Staff also said the initial reroofing phase is out for CMAR proposals and that a pre‑proposal meeting was held on‑site; the planned work would demolish the existing roof structure, install new trusses and reroof by the end of the year, then continue with interior restoration. Staff flagged the potential to salvage terracotta tiles for reuse but noted procurement, design and preservation tradeoffs remain under discussion.
