During the public-comment portion of the June 3 meeting, resident Ken Hall questioned why two different agendas had been drafted and said a name (transcribed as 'Cherly Barker') appeared as the editor on one version; he said he was concerned an unauthorized person was making changes to the agenda. Selectboard members replied that a response to the complaint had been completed in time for the meeting and that Patty Greene-Pawelczyk reposted the agenda.
Resident Melissa Hart asked why the updated Executive Session Policy had not been posted on the Wednesday following the prior meeting as the board had said it would be. Melissa Hart asked, "why the updated Executive Session Policy was not posted Wednesday after the meeting as stated by the Selectboard." Selectboard members explained the policy had been revised in response to the complaint and was being addressed at the June 3 meeting; the board later said the finalized policy would be posted after the June 9 meeting.
The board addressed both concerns during its response to the May 26 complaint and then moved to adopt written agenda and minutes policies and a revised Executive Session Policy to clarify posting and documentation procedures.
