HCA makes pre‑retirement folder and DRS lobby assistance available July 6–Aug 14

She announced that DRS will have representatives in the HCA lobby July 6 through August 14 during regular business hours on a walk‑in basis to help members with pension questions and purchasing service credit.
Board members praised the materials and asked whether DRS staff will have access to member records; Ryan confirmed that DRS will be able to access systems to assist members during the walk‑in sessions. Staff said they will monitor demand and may expand such in‑person support as appropriate.
