"We are looking at, close to 10,000 square feet," Paul said during the presentation when asked about project size.
Trustees asked how many bids were solicited and whether other stage or theater repairs should be bundled; staff said formal competitive bidding will follow the board's approval of the budget request and that stage repairs could be explored if budget allows. After discussion, the board approved the requested budget and directed staff to proceed with procurement and competitive bidding.
