Board approves $1.88 million in bills and adopts tax-incentive resolution and ordinances

The board also adopted Resolution No. 01-26 supporting and consenting to a Class 6B real property tax incentive for the substantial rehabilitation of an industrial facility located at 3920 Wesley Terrace. Trustees then adopted Ordinance No. 25-4503, a first amendment to the payroll services agreement with the Schiller Park Library, and Ordinance No. 25-4504 amending Chapter 53 to require a deposit for water and sewer accounts; Village Manager Brett Kryska explained the deposit ordinance before its adoption. All listed measures passed on roll-call votes recorded as five ayes, with Trustee Lima absent.
