Trustees vote to table commercial zoning ordinance (ZPA 25-T-07)

During the Community Development committee report, Trustee Joan Golembiewski moved and Trustee Terri Sheridan seconded a motion to table an ordinance amending Chapter 155 of Title XV of the New Millennium Code regarding permitted and conditional uses in commercial zoning districts (ZPA 25-T-07). The roll-call vote was 5–0 in favor with Trustee Robert Lima absent; President Chad Meyers declared the motion carried.
