District staff reviewed the 2026–27 Consolidated Application for state and federal programs and explained the district’s eligibility as a community-funded (basic-aid) district. Kev told the board the district does not qualify for many LCFF-based allocations but expects roughly $11,000 under Title I, about $5,600 for Title II (teacher-quality) and approximately $68,000 under a small-rural subpart.
Trustee 7 moved to approve the ConApp for 2026–27 and the board voted by voice without public comment. The board noted that the small-rural allocation is typically used to offset part of teacher costs or to provide counseling and other supports where general fund capacity is limited.
