CIP and master‑plan updates set for September; department heads to supply updates

On the master plan, staff said a draft vision prepared by the consulting firm (NCC) is in progress but the committee missed a summer meeting due to scheduling; members said they expect a substantive discussion on the vision section at the September meeting. The board agreed to continue coordination and to expect CIP and master‑plan agenda items in September.
