Council members highlight infrastructure fixes, parking plans and board openings

Doctor Kelly reminded the public of open appointments: one Board of Adjustment alternate (applications due Aug. 7), one Senior Citizens Commission opening (due Aug. 17) and Parks & Recreation Board openings with applications due Sept. 11.
