Superintendent Bryan DeAugustine told the NICE Community School District Board on Feb. 16 that repairs to Aspen Ridge’s sewer and heating systems should be fully functional by the end of the day. DeAugustine also told trustees the district is monitoring an estimated severance tax payment and expects an LSCP visit soon.
DeAugustine praised buildings and grounds staff for keeping parking lots and sidewalks walkable during recent weather, and he noted routine facility work will continue as needed. The update was provided as part of the superintendent’s regular report and did not lead to formal action.
