Under the development agreement, phase 1 site improvements are expected to be complete in 60 to 90 days, and builders will begin construction once site work is finished. The full project anticipates a mix of 12 single-family and 28 multifamily units across phases.
Council asked for the development agreement and timing for phase 2; staff said they will provide the agreement and a project schedule in the Friday memo. No action was required; the briefing notified the council and public that the project is proceeding to site work.
