"We have a book, if you will, that has all these organizations and a little bit about what they do," Dickens said. He cited a regional 9‑1‑1 project involving multiple localities that produced a better system and saved $5,000,000.
Gilliland requested a copy; Dickens agreed to provide it. The exchange highlighted ongoing Partnership efforts to identify shared services and efficiencies that might reduce costs for member localities.
