The Treasurer’s report showed total receipts of $3,014,316.88 and total disbursements of $1,876,717.87 for the reporting period. Fund balances noted included Debt Retirement (2023) $250.00, Debt Retirement (2025) $250.00, a Sinking Fund balance of $947,103.57 and a 2025 Capital Projects Fund balance of $256,598.87 as of Feb. 28, 2026.
Board member John Grove moved to approve the consent agenda and related financial items; the motion was seconded by Kathleen Carlson and carried. The approvals were recorded in the meeting minutes without any roll-call objections for these items.
