Stacy, a district staff member, presented a proposed table-format personnel report and said the new form is intended to make personnel entries clearer while reducing identifiable narrative details. "So the memo kinda, goes through the the new proposed personal format and then, what our current form is," she told the committee.
Stacy said the table would include position, grade, location, contract dates, salary and license type but would not list lane, step or degree information. After brief questions clarifying whether the format would cover replacements as well as new hires, a committee member moved to adopt the change and the committee voted to pass it and forward the item to the full board for final action. The motion passed; the committee discussion and vote did not record a roll-call tally in the transcript.
