Planning staff reports progress on AT&T site, Los Olisos townhomes and Costco demo permit

Commissioners asked about timing for demolition; staff said Costco’s schedule is likely in the fall but cautioned that permit processing and outstanding fees could affect timing. The commission noted the Costco project has generated local and national media attention.
