Chief Graham said the change would make it easier for residents to see how money collected from incident billing is used.
Tyler Mitchell recused from the discussion because of his membership in the Fire Department. Scott McCarthy moved to accept the proposal and Clayton Woodworth seconded; the motion carried. The board did not specify how the accounts will be managed in day-to-day detail; staff were directed to implement the reorganization.
