The board approved its consent agenda Nov. 11, which included payment of the monthly bills and acceptance of several donations. The minutes list fund totals as: Food Service Fund $53,918.11; Bond Fund $464,301.63; General Fund $770,061.21 — a combined total of $1,288,280.95. The consent motion, moved by Sara Ward and seconded by Savannah Hrenko, passed 7–0.
The board also accepted several donations recommended administratively: $300 from Rebecca Plaine to the girls tennis program; $200 from Glen LaCroix and family to girls volleyball; $5,930 from the Booster Foundation to be distributed as described in an attached memo; $75 from Michelle Seelye to girls volleyball; and an unspecified amount from Chris Faulkner ("Band Together") to the band program. The minutes indicate these donations were approved as part of the consent agenda without separate discussion.
