Turner summarized the selection process and the interview he and a colleague gave to a consultant, saying the consultant later told them, "Congratulations! You are one of the (6) candidates selected for the state-wide program." The commission agreed to review CVRPC's guidance and to discuss the pilot program further at the April meeting once the kickoff and scoping details are available.
