Board weighs ClarkNexsen master‑planning role for justice complex; attorney to work on Crisis Center contract

No formal contract award or design authorization was taken at this meeting.
The Board also authorized the attorney to work on a contract for the DeSoto County Crisis Center to allow Region IV to move into new space at 3246 Highway 51 South in Hernando. Separately, the Board approved signage and the official building name: 'DeSoto County Crisis Center' with corresponding 'DCCC' building acronyms.
