At the March 12 Commissioners' Court meeting the following formal actions were recorded: approval of presented bills; award of a $20,085.00 contract to D&C Fence for a motorized roll gate at the county airport; approval of AEP electrical services for $14,162.22; approval of ramp light replacement for $17,272.00; approval of multiple small invoices and transfers (including $550 to Falfurrias Publishing, $394 to Hart Intercivic, $80 reimbursement to Pamela Hamilton, and a $52 Valero payment that passed 4–1 with the judge opposed); tabling of architectural bids for the new public safety complex; and adoption of resolutions and civil-rights policies tied to Texas CDBG grants (CDV25-0341 and CFC25-0368).
Motions, movers, seconders and roll-call tallies are recorded in the minutes. The court also entered an executive session under Texas Gov. Code §551.071(2) to confer with counsel in Salazar v.
