Commissioners designate CDBG signatories, adopt required policies and proclaim April Fair Housing Month

Brooks County Commissioners on March 12 approved resolutions to designate authorized signatories for two Texas Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) agreements: grant numbers CDV25-0341 and CFC25-0368. Judge Eric Ramos read both resolutions in open court and motions to approve carried unanimously.
The court also adopted the required CDBG civil-rights policies for grant compliance on a unanimous vote. Derek Katznelson of Grant Works delivered a brief presentation and the court read a proclamation declaring April as Fair Housing Month.
