The Commissioners' Court accepted a supplemental easement and right of way agreement from AEP on Feb. 25 after the county attorney reported there were no changes since it was tabled at a prior meeting.
Judge Eric Ramos said the item was tabled previously; County Attorney review found no changes, and both parties agreed to the supplemental easement. Commissioner Nora Salinas moved to accept the easement and Commissioner Eduardo "Eddie" Garza seconded; the motion passed unanimously and the agreement was placed on file.
