The board approved the Feb. 4 meeting agenda after adding Fire Dept/Dist. under New Business and moving the Employee Handbook item to Maintenance. Vice Chair Brandon Geyen moved to approve the agenda; Supervisor Andy Christensen seconded and the motion carried 4-0. Supervisor Ryan Nelson moved to approve the Jan. 21, 2025 minutes; Supervisor Andy Christensen seconded. Vice Chair Geyen abstained from the minutes vote due to absence at the earlier meeting; the minutes were recorded carried 3-0.
Chairman Mike Helman moved that the township use his preferred company for printing and mailing postcards; Supervisor Ryan Nelson seconded and the motion carried 4-0. During the Clerk-Treasurer report Alana Paumen clarified that Columbus Day is not a paid holiday. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Vice Chair Geyen, seconded by Supervisor Christensen.
