The Los Olivos Community Services District board voted to move its May regular meeting from May 13 to May 20 following a motion during the Feb. 11 meeting. General Manager (S3) told the board that two directors and staff were unavailable on May 13 and that the Grange venue was available May 20.
"I make a motion that we, move the May meeting to May 20," said General Manager (S3). The motion was seconded and approved on roll call; Director Nelson, Director Fehrant, Director Parks, Director Palmer and President Katz were recorded as voting "Aye." Chair (S1) announced the change and confirmed the board would know the exact arrangements in follow-up notices.
The change was procedural: no policy or budget action was taken as part of the motion. The board moved on to subcommittee reports and a longer general manager status update after the vote.
