Council appoints Christopher Wade Palser to BZA, adjusts committee assignments

On Aug. 19 Council approved the appointment of Christopher Wade Palser to the Board of Zoning Appeals. The motion to appoint Palser was made by Zack Gallagher, seconded by Lyle Anthony, and passed 7-0.
Council also approved a committee reassignment: Connie Miller volunteered to move to the Finance Committee, allowing Lyle Anthony to move to the Public Works Committee. Council members said the change accommodated preference and committee needs; formal motions and roll-call votes recorded the changes.
