The certification specifically references preliminary approval SD 143071, dated June 26, 2024, and the townhouse lot count (1–79) and related open-space and outlot parcels.
Commissioner Kernan moved to approve the certification; Commissioner Curry seconded. The commission approved the motion by voice and Chair John Tuohy declared the motion carried. The action completes the final step on the subdivision application identified in staff materials as SDFP 143215 and implements the elements of the previously granted preliminary approval rather than reopening conditions.
